What Are Your Rights When An Airline Changes Your Flight In Advance?

You’ll need to check the terms and conditions of your ticket for the answer to this – because there are no international agreements which cover the airlines changing the flight in advance.

In general, airline terms and conditions do offer you the possibility to change to another flight whenever there has been a ‘’significant’’ schedule change.

If an airline changed your flight itinerary less than 14 days in advance, causing you to arrive to your destination more than 3 hours later, they could owe you up to €600. You can use our eligibility check to see if this is the case.
